We invite you to join us as a Vendor or Community Partner by reserving booth space!

$150

per booth space

SCHEDULE of events

• Thursday, November 5: Move-In and Set-Up (Afternoon)

• Friday, November 6: Full-Day Conference with opportunity to display/sell all day, including during the Taste of KY evening reception

• Saturday, November 7: Half-Day Conference that concludes following our Awards Luncheon

Each booth reservation will include:

• Single display table (8 ft.)

• 2 chairs

• 1 small trash bin

• Featured social media post(s) in advance of the event

• Opportunity to select your booth location in advance (first come, first serve)

*No tablecloths are provided, so please bring your own.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Booth purchases do not include access to conference benefits, like breakout sessions or meals.

A conference registration is required to participate in meals and sessions. Individual tickets to the “Taste of Kentucky” Reception (Friday night) and the Annual Awards Luncheon (Saturday) are also available as add-ons to your booth reservation.
