A limited number of King and Double rooms are available for the night(s) of November 5th and/or November 6th at a rate of $139/night. To make a lodging reservation, individuals may:
Book online and enter the Group Rate Code “W6Q”, or
Call the hotel and identify themselves as a registrant for the “KWIA 2026 Annual Conference”

All room reservations in our group must be made by 5:00 PM (EST) on October 22, 2025 (while availability lasts).
After the cut-off date above, there is no guarantee of available rooms or rooms at the discounted rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Must be 21 years of age or older to rent an accommodation. If more than 2 people are staying in one room, a fee of $10 per additional person will be added to the above rate. This hotel is completely non-smoking. Any room that is smoked in will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee to the credit card on file for that room. Any room cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged (1) one night’s room and tax. Any room guaranteed for late arrival that is not utilized will be charged (1) one night’s room and tax.
